The fabrics used allow some 'give' only in places the wearer needs it. The stretchability also provides our slings with an incredible memory. The fabric naturally returns to its original state wear after wear! Like your favourite pair of stretch jeans, our slings move with you; they don’t constrict you.

Two in one! All HipMelon slings are completely REVERSIBLE! Many slings on the market are manufactured using one layer of fabric. Not ours! Our slings are lined in 100% cotton knit or cotton/lycra fabrics in colours that complement the outer cotton stretch fabric. The result: a super high-quality, fashionably funky, two-sided sling!

All HipMelon slings purchased from our website (www.hipmelon.com) include our innovative HipMelon Shoulder Cinch -- a segment of matching/coordinating fabric, which is secured to your sling below your shoulder. Its purpose is simple: it gathers up the fabric and helps to keep your sling in place on your shoulder. Please note: HipMelon Baby Wear carriers are completely functional with or without the use of the HipMelon Shoulder Cinch. Consider it an added HIP bonus!
