HIP ORDERING
For credit card payments (and/or for the purchaser with an existing Paypal account): -

If you do not have a Paypal account, follow the CLICK HERE icon and follow the instructions provided.

If you have a Paypal account, simply enter in your Paypal account information to finalize your purchase.

Be sure to note your hip-to-shoulder measurement and/or the size you are ordering in the Comments section of the payment page, Or send us an email with this information when you have finalized payment.
For money transfers or money order payments:
stating the sling of choice, your hip-to-shoulder measurement, and the method of payment you will be using.
HipMelon will invoice you and provide you with the necessary information you require to complete the purchase.

HIP SHIPPING

HipMelon Baby Wear ships anywhere in Canada and the U.S.

Shipping is fixed at $8 for any location and will include delivery confirmation and/or insurance.

Packages are shipped via Canada Post and take approximately 7 to 14 business days to reach their final destination. This is just an approximation. Please note: Your sling will ship within 3 to 5 business days of the completed transaction, to allow for the final customization of your baby sling to take place.

HIP RETURNS
and
EXCHANGES
Returns:
HipMelon Baby Wear is CONFIDENT you will love the versatility, style and design of our slings. If you are not completely satisfied with your HipMelon sling, you may or return it to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. The sling must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and free of any stains, marks or wear. Should you want to return your sling, a $10 USD/CAD re-stocking charge will apply. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note: Refunds will not include any shipping charges.

Exchanges:
HipMelon Baby Wear will allow exchanges within 30 days of product purchase. Should you want to exchange your sling, please return it in the same condition as it was received--unwashed and free of stains or tears. A return shipping fee will apply to cover the cost of shipping the new sling to you (between $7 and $10 depending upon your location.)
If you are pregnant, please let us know your due date when the purchase is made, and you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of your baby's birth date.
In the case of an error in customization, HipMelon will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping, rectify the error and return the sling to you at no additional cost.
If you have a return/exchange please email HipMelon directly to receive our Return Address Labels.
Please note that HipMelon cannot be held responsible for slings lost or stolen while being sent back to us. It is highly recommended that you insure the package you are returning. Your return and/or exchange will not be processed until the package is returned safely and in its original condition.

The purchaser or user of HipMelon Baby Wear hereby releases, discharges and agrees to hold harmless the manufacturer of HipMelon Baby Wear and its heirs, legal representatives, employees or any persons acting under permission or authority of HipMelon Baby Wear from and against any liability as a result of any injury or damage incurred while utilizing any HipMelon Baby Wear product. The user is solely responsible for the safety of themselves and those individuals under their care using the products.
